University of Oklahoma Waiver Requirement
- Medical benefits of at least U.S. $100,000 for each illness or injury
Annual Deductible of no more than U.S. $750
Covered benefits paid at a minimum of 50%
*Repatriation of remains of at least U.S. $7,500
*Medical evacuation of at least U.S. $10,000
